 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I joined the Kickboxing classes in January having not trained properly in over 10 years and overweight. Everyone there was so welcoming and friendly, it wasn’t hard to feel like part of the SKA family. Within weeks I was back to somewhat of a kick-boxer and had learned loads of new skills being a different style to my norm. I’m now 10kg lighter, look in much better shape and feel like a completely new man, and with a whole new set of friends to add to the enjoyment I’ve had so far at SKA, not to mention a whole new set skills that I’ve learned from Trev, our coach. If you’re apprehensive, maybe a bit shy, perhaps unsure because you’ve not done it before, don’t be. Come along and you’ll see what I mean.
